Please check the following and try again:
1. Is your CapsLock key enabled?
If your CapsLock key is enabled, all of your characters will be uppercase. Please turn off CapsLock and try again.
2. Is your email address correct?
If you do not know your registered e-mail address, search for "IDIY", etc. in your e-mail inbox. Please try again with your e-mail address that has received email notifications and newsletters from IDIY.
3. Does your password contain single-byte or double-byte spaces?
When copying and pasting your password, if the space before and after is also copied, your password will fail. Please check again if there are any spaces before and after your password.
If you have forgotten your password, please issue a new password from the "Reissue password" page.
