We will show you how to set up your profile and then how to authenticate your e-mail correctly.
(1) Log in and press "Settings" > "Profile".
(2) Enter your name and press the "Save" button.
The following pop-up window for entering the authentication code will appear, and an e-mail will be sent to your registered address.
※Do not close the above pop-up screen as it will be used later!
(3) Once the verification code has been sent, check the inbox of your registered email address for our email containing the authentication code.
Once the above email has arrived, please confirm the authentication code.
(4) Enter the 6-digit number shown in the email into the green frame on the authentication screen currently displayed in (2), and press the "send" button to complete the authentication.
Enter the 6-digit number in the square frame and press "Send" to complete your profile setup.

If the authentication fails, please try again with the following steps.
(1) Click on "Reset your authentication code".
※Please do not close the above pop-up screen as it will be used later!
(2) Once the verification code has been sent, check the inbox of your registered email address for our email containing the authentication code.
When above email has arrived, please confirm the authentication code.
(3) Enter the 6-digit number shown in the email into the green frame on the authentication screen being displayed in (1), and press the "Send" button to complete the authentication.
Press the "Send" button to complete the profile setting (please use single-byte numbers).

The message, "The authentication code is incorrect", appears when you enter the authentication code.
(1) The authentication cannot be performed correctly if double-byte numbers are used. Therefore, please enter the information in single-byte numbers.

※Example of double-byte numbers. The authentication cannot be completed.
(2) When the 6-digit number is copied, it may contain spaces. Therefore, please memorize the 6 digits and manually type in the authentication code.
(3) If you have sent the authentication code more than once, you will need to enter the latest 6 digits. If you send the verification code many times in a short period of time, you will not know which number is the latest one. Thus, please take a moment and go back to the "Profile settings" screen to complete the procedure again.
If you are unable to correctly authenticate your e-mail, please contact us.
1. More than 10 minutes have passed since the verification code has arrived.
The verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. Please complete the procedure within 10 minutes after the verification code is sent.
2. You are re-entering an authentication code that has already been used for authentication.
The authentication code may only be used once. Therefore, authentication codes used in the past cannot be used again.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if any of the above applies to you, please click the "Reset your authentication code" button to issue a new authentication code.
If you do not receive the authentication email
(1) Are you sure you have entered the correct e-mail address?
If you do not receive the authentication email, it is possible that you used the wrong email address when you registered. Please pay special attention to the domain part of your e-mail address.
Common errors:
・Wrong domain: "@yahooo.co.uk", "@google.con"
・Mistaking "." (periods) and "," (commas)
・Mistaking "-" (hyphens) and "_" (underscores)

(2) Is the email being sorted as spam (going to your spam/junk mail)?
◆Do you have the "spoofed e-mail rejection" function enabled?
The "spoofed e-mail rejection function" is a function that rejects e-mails that disguise the e-mail address of the sender.
Even if the e-mail is necessary, if it is suspected of being spoofed, it will be rejected.
If you find that an e-mail has been rejected by the "spoofed e-mail rejection" function, please add the sender's e-mail address [@idiy.biz] to your "Rescue" list.
