If an error occurs during credit card registration, the following problems may be the cause
(1) The expiration date was entered incorrectly.
The expiration date has a field for the year (YYYYY) and month (MM). In the year field, "2024" must be entered as a four-digit number, and in the month field, it must be entered as a two-digit number (01 for January, 12 for December).
In the year field, enter "2024" and the year only. If you also enter month information in the year field, such as "2409" or "2024-09," it will not register properly.
Please enter "01" in the month field as well as the month only. If you also enter the year information such as "2401" or "202401" in the month field, an error will occur.
(2) The expiration date contains a hyphen or other symbol.
If you enter symbols such as "-24" in the year field or "-1" in the month field, an error will occur. Please be sure to enter only half-width numbers.
(3) The credit card number is incorrectly entered.
Hyphens are not required for credit card numbers. Therefore, please enter consecutive one-byte numbers such as 454112344567.
④Cannot register due to a problem on the credit card company's side.
If the expiration date and credit card number are correct, you may not be able to use the credit card due to a problem on the credit card company's side. (If you are able to register with a different card, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could ask your credit card company the reason and change the registered card as soon as the problem is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
