If you check the box "Allow management to edit my order if there are problems with the order or instructor" when you place your order, IDIY management will take corrective measures to the extent that no additional fees will be needed.
If we are unable to correct your order, we will return the order and points/monthly plan to you for your confirmation and correction.
There is no charge for the corrections to your order by the IDIY management.
We highly recommend enabling (checking) this feature, especially for customers who are new to IDIY or are resuming their use of IDIY.

When an instructor declines your request
→IDIY management will assign another instructor.
When you have entered a question in the message box
→Only if you are using our Advanced Text Correction service, we will move the question in your message box to the question box, so that the instructor can answer your question.
*Only questions entered in the question box can be answered by your instructor.
When 2 questions are entered in one question box
→Only if you are using our Advanced Text Correction service, we will move one of your questions in a separate question box so the instructor can answer both of your questions.

When a technical text (highly specialized text) is ordered
→We will return your order for your confirmation, as technical texts may only be ordered with our IDIY Business service.
If we are unable to assign a qualified instructor to work on your order
→We will return your order for your confirmation and further steps.
Other cases where additional fees are needed
