When making an order, the screen does not respond when I press the "Create order" button. Other buttons for going to the next step, like selecting a service, also do not respond. The screen does not change while the screen is loading (spinning icon). Please follow the steps below to solve these problems.
Customers using IDIY on their PC
・If you are using Windows, hold down the "Ctrl" key and press "F5" on the problematic screen.
・If you are using a Mac, hold down "Command" and press the "R" key on the problematic screen.
This will refresh the screen and may resolve the problem.

Please close the tab with IDIY, open IDIY again, and check if the problem is resolved. If there is no improvement, please log out from IDIY, restart your browser (eg. Google Chrome), log in again, and check if the problem is resolved.

Please restart your PC and check if the problem is resolved.

Please save the contents of your current order to a text editor (eg. MS Word), delete the draft on IDIY, and create the order again from "Create order".

Please use another browser (eg. Edge for Windows, Firefox for Mac, etc.), and check if the same problem happens with other browsers. If the problem is resolved with another browser, the problem is likely specific to your browser (eg. add-on security settings, etc.).

If you are connected to a VPN, please disconnect from the VPN and try again.
